Presented hospital in-services to educate new RNs and review with present staff the impact of renal failure on the patient's lifestyle.  Ongoing in-services covered the safe and effective procedure for pedtoneal dialysis exchanges in the hospital setting.

  Trained renal patients and their significant others in the safe and effective procedure to complete peritoneal dialysis exchanges in the home setting.  Responsible for drawing monthly bloodwork and quarterly creatinine clearance studies to determine the effectiveness of the current dialysis prescription.  Chart maintenance
